Tatsunoko vs. Capcom - New crossover fighting game by Capcom Japan

Famitsu magazine recently revealed a new title by Capcom called Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Cross Generation of Heroes.

This can only be good news for Marvel vs. Capcom 3! With Street Fighter IV coming out in July, it’s nice to see that Capcom is able to pump out another fighting game so close to release. “TvC” is expected to hit the arcades this winter.

The confirmed characters for the Tatsunoko side are Ken Washio from the Gatchaman series and Tetsuya Azuma from the Shinzo Ningen Casshan. The Capcom side has Chun-Li and Ryu from the Street Fighter series. You can see Servbot in the background of some of the screen shots so you can only presume that Tron Bronne, one of her siblings, or Megaman himself will be another playable character!

Tatsunoko Production Co., Ltd. is a japanese anime company that specializes in television production. The translated and edited versions of the studio’s more successful animated series, such as Hiroshi Sasagawa’s Speed Racer (1967), Gatchaman (1972), Macross (1982, adapted as part of 1985’s Robotech), and Samurai Pizza Cats (1990), are credited with bringing international attention to Japanese animation.
